Refund policy

At GlowMeds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our made-to-order Maroon Fire Horse Scrub Set is eligible for the policy below.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, and in resellable condition. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@glowmeds.com.au. We will provide instructions and the return address. If your return is accepted, we will email a prepaid return label for an Australian return. Please do not send an item without contacting us first.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, with your order number and photographs if available. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

We will email you after receiving and inspecting a change-of-mind return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days after approval; your payment provider may take additional time. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer a prompt refund to your original payment method.
