At GlowMeds, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale/clearance items, gift cards, or worn/used scrubs

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
