Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. During peak periods (such as sales events or holiday seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Times

We ship from our facility in Queensland and currently deliver within Australia only. Standard delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Regional/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery estimates are based on the performance of our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We abide by Australian Consumer Law—so we never promise delivery windows we cannot reasonably meet.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. Any promotional offers, such as free shipping over a certain amount, will be clearly indicated at checkout. All shipping costs (and any express shipping options, if offered) will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Local Pickup

At this time we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address you provide. If you prefer to collect your order from our premises in Brisbane, please contact us, and we’ll let you know if this becomes available in the future.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange; please check our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
  • To cancel or modify an order, please email us within 3 hours of placing your order. After that time, we may not be able to change or cancel an order before it ships.
