Welcome to GlowMeds. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GlowMeds, an Australian company (ABN 536 777 562 77) with its registered address at 6/30 Jordan Street, Greenslopes QLD 4120. GlowMeds operates this website and store (“Services”), which are powered by Shopify. By visiting or purchasing through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

  • By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian for any minors using your device.
  • You may be asked to provide personal details (e.g. email, billing and shipping information). You warrant that all information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. Products and Descriptions

  • We strive to display our products accurately, but variations in colour or appearance can occur due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the products will exactly match how they appear online.
  • Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the items. We may accept or decline your order for any reason. No order is binding until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
  • Once an order has been accepted, cancellation requests may not be possible. Purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.
  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Prices and Billing

  • Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, plus any applicable taxes, shipping or handling fees.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information and represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. You remain responsible for all charges incurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Australia only. Standard delivery times are 3–5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7–10 business days for rural areas.
  • Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss remains with GlowMeds until delivery is completed; thereafter, title and risk pass to you. We are not responsible for orders after they are marked as delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our site and Services, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of GlowMeds or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.
  • GlowMeds’ name, logo and related marks are trademarks of GlowMeds. Shopify’s trademarks are used under licence; nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in those marks to you.

7. Relationship with Shopify

  • Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for our Services. However, your purchase is made directly with GlowMeds. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any sales or transactions between you and us and you release Shopify from any related claims.

8. Privacy

  • We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, some data may be processed by Shopify and third parties; please review Shopify’s privacy policies for details.
  • By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described.

9. Feedback and User Content

  • If you submit feedback or other content (“Feedback”) through the Services, you grant GlowMeds a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and publish that Feedback. We may use your Feedback to improve our Services and for marketing purposes without paying you.
  • You represent that you own or have rights to the Feedback you provide. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

  • We may provide access to tools or links to third-party websites. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk. Complaints, claims or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
